VIỆT NAM CÓ 458 NGƯỜI SIÊU GIÀU

Báo cáo Thịnh vượng 2020 của Công ty tư vấn Knight Frank cho thấy số lượng người siêu giàu tại Việt Nam vẫn tiếp tục tăng nhanh.

Báo cáo “The Wealth Report” 2020 cho thấy đến hết năm 2019, toàn thế giới có 513.244 người siêu giàu, tăng 6,4% so với năm trước đó. Đây là những người sở hữu tài sản trị giá từ 30 triệu USD trở lên theo ước tính của Knight Frank. Trong đó, khu vực có số người siêu giàu nhiều nhất là Bắc Mỹ, hơn gấp đôi con số tại khu vực châu Âu.

Dẫn đầu về số lượng người giàu theo báo cáo này là Mỹ với 240.575 người, nhiều hơn số người giàu của châu Âu và châu Á cộng lại và chiếm gần 50% số người giàu trên toàn thế giới. Đứng thứ 2 về số người siêu giàu là Trung Quốc với 61.587 người và thứ 3 là Đức với 23.078 người…

Cũng theo số liệu từ Knight Frank, Việt Nam đã có 458 người với giá trị tài sản ròng từ 30 triệu USD trở lên (tương đương khoảng 700 tỉ đồng), tăng 7% so với một năm trước. Báo cáo này đưa ra dự báo cho giai đoạn 5 năm tới, châu Á sẽ là khu vực có tốc độ tăng trưởng về lượng người siêu giàu cao nhất là 44%. Trong số các nền kinh tế đó, Ấn Độ đứng đầu dự báo tăng trưởng, với lượng người siêu giàu sẽ tăng 73%. Tiếp theo là Việt Nam với 64%, Trung Quốc sẽ có mức tăng 58% và Indonesia tăng 57%. Còn nếu xét về tốc độ tăng trưởng người siêu giàu trên toàn cầu trong vòng 5 năm tới, thì Việt Nam đứng thứ 3 sau Ấn Độ và Ai Cập (mức tăng 66%).

Báo cáo cũng tiết lộ Việt Nam đã có 5 tỷ phú vào cuối năm 2019 và dự kiến sẽ tăng lên 6 vào năm 2024.

Để dự báo số người siêu giàu trong tương lai, Knight Frank dựa vào dữ liệu về GDP dự tính, giá nhà, hiệu suất vốn chủ sở hữu, lãi suất và các loại tài sản khác mà cá nhân nắm giữ.

Còn trên danh sách tỉ phú USD 2020 của Bloomberg công bố đầu tháng 4 vừa qua, Việt Nam hiện có 4 tỉ phú USD gồm ông Phạm Nhật Vượng – Tập đoàn Vingroup, bà Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo – Hãng hàng không Vietjet, ông Trần Bá Dương – Tập đoàn ô tô Trường Hải và ông Hồ Hùng Anh – Ngân hàng Techcombank. Số tỉ phú USD của Việt Nam năm 2020 đã giảm đi 1 người là ông Nguyễn Đăng Quang – Tập đoàn Masan so với danh sách tỉ phú năm 2019.
